Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Blakfy.com (“Site”) and users (“Members”) who create a membership account on the Site. By becoming a member of the Site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. Please read the text carefully.

2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the terms and conditions for Member registration on the Site, the rights and obligations arising from membership, the terms of use of the services offered by the Site, and the principles regarding the termination of membership.
3. Membership Terms
Membership can be created by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and have legal capacity.
Members are required to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration.
Each member may create only one account; opening multiple accounts is prohibited.
Membership is free (unless otherwise stated).
4. Member's Rights and Obligations
Account Security: Members are responsible for the confidentiality of their username and password. Unauthorized account use must be reported immediately to info@blakfy.com.
Terms of Use: Members may not use the Site for illegal purposes, infringe on the rights of third parties, or engage in actions that would damage the Site's operation.
Information Update: Members must update their contact information through their account if there are any changes.
5. Blakfy's Rights and Obligations
Blakfy provides the Member with services [e.g., “e-commerce, content access, special campaigns”] through the Site.
Blakfy may temporarily suspend services due to technical issues or maintenance.
Blakfy processes and protects the Member's personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, etc.) belongs to Blakfy or its respective copyright holders. Members may not copy, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Membership Term and Termination
Member Termination: Members may terminate their membership at any time by notifying info@blakfy.com. Account data will be deleted after termination (excluding legally mandated retention periods).
Termination by Blakfy: Blakfy may suspend or terminate a Member's account in the following circumstances:
Breach of contract,
The use of false information,
Damage to the site.
In the event of termination, the Member is obligated to complete any ongoing processes, if any.
8. Privacy
The member's personal data is processed in accordance with the Site's Privacy Policy. The member declares that they accept this policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Blakfy does not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption or errors.
Blakfy is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the Member's use of the Site (except within legal limits).
10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Bakırköy) shall have jurisdiction.
11. Amendments
Changes to this Agreement will take effect upon publication on the Site. Members are responsible for keeping track of updates.
