Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Blakfy, we are committed to handling cancellations and refunds transparently for products or services purchased through Blakfy.com (“Site”). This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the Buyer's rights and the Seller's obligations. Please read this policy carefully.

2. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Terms: The Buyer may cancel their order before it is shipped.
Cancellation Process: Cancellation requests must be submitted to the Seller via email at info@blakfy.com or by phone at +90 505 979 61 34.
Refund Period: Once a cancellation is confirmed, the amount paid is refunded to the Buyer within 14 days. Refunds are made in accordance with the original payment method.
3. Right of Withdrawal
Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Buyer has the right of withdrawal under the following conditions:
Time limit: The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the date the goods are received. For a service purchase, the right of withdrawal applies before the service begins.
Notification: The right of withdrawal must be exercised by notifying the Seller via email at info@blakfy.com or in writing.
Return Conditions:
The product must be unused, with its packaging intact and complete.
The invoice, accessories, and any gifts sent with the product must be returned.
Return Period: The product must be sent to the Seller within 10 days of the withdrawal notice.
Shipping Fee: For returns based on the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee is covered by the Seller (unless otherwise stated).
Refund: The amount paid is refunded to the Buyer within 14 days of the returned product reaching the Seller. Refunds are made in accordance with the original payment method.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
Products that spoil quickly or have passed their expiration date,
Products prepared specifically for an individual,
Products opened after delivery that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear),
Cancellation requests made after the service has begun.
5. Return of Defective Products
Notification Period: If a product is defective, it must be reported to the Seller within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Options: The Buyer may request one of the following rights for a defective product:
Return and refund of the product,
Exchange of the product,
Repair of the product.
Return Process: The defective product must be sent to the address specified by the Seller. The Seller covers the shipping fee.
Review Period: The product is reviewed and the request resolved within 14 days of it reaching the Seller.
6. Return Procedure
Step 1: Submit your cancellation, withdrawal, or return request in writing to info@blakfy.com.
Step 2: Obtain return confirmation and shipping instructions from the Seller.
Step 3: Send the product, with its invoice and complete, to the address provided.
Step 4: Once the return is approved, your payment is refunded within 14 days.
7. Force Majeure
If the return process is delayed due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or strikes, the Seller cannot be held responsible and the Buyer will be informed.
8. Dispute Resolution
This policy is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of a dispute, the Istanbul (Bakırköy) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. The Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board or the Consumer Court.
9. Changes to the Policy
Any changes to this Cancellation and Refund Policy take effect upon publication on the Site. It is the Buyer's responsibility to keep track of updates.
