Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Blakfy, we are committed to conducting cancellation and refund processes transparently for products or services purchased through Blakfy.com (“Site”). This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the rights of the Buyer and the obligations of the Seller. Please read this policy carefully.

2. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Terms: The buyer can cancel their order before it is shipped.
Cancellation Process: Cancellation requests must be submitted to the Seller via email at info@blakfy.com or by phone at +90 505 979 61 34.
Refund Period: After cancellation is confirmed, the amount paid will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days. Refunds will be made in accordance with the payment method used.
3. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions, in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts:
Time limit: The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If a service is purchased, the right of withdrawal is valid before the commencement of the service.
Notification: The right of withdrawal must be exercised by notifying the Seller via email to info@blakfy.com or in writing.
Return Conditions:
The product must be unused, with its packaging intact and complete.
The invoice, accessories, and any gifts included with the product must be returned.
Return Period: The product must be returned to the Seller within 10 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
Shipping Fee: In case of returns based on the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee is covered by the Seller (unless otherwise stated).
Refund: The amount paid will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days of the returned item reaching the Seller. Refunds will be made in accordance with the payment method used.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
Products that spoil quickly or have passed their expiration date,
Products prepared specifically for each individual,
Products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear),
Cancellation requests made after the service has commenced.
5. Return of Defective Products
Notification Period: If the product is defective, it must be reported to the Seller within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Options: The buyer may claim one of the following rights for a defective product:
Product return and refund,
Product exchange,
Product repair.
Return Process: Defective products must be sent to the address specified by the Seller. The Seller is responsible for the shipping costs.
Review Period: The product will be reviewed and the claim processed within 14 days of receiving it from the seller.
6. Return Procedure
Step 1: Submit your cancellation, withdrawal, or return request in writing to info@blakfy.com.
Step 2: Obtain return confirmation and shipping instructions from the seller.
Step 3: Send the product, along with its invoice and all original packaging, to the address provided.
Step 4: Once the return is approved, your payment will be refunded within 14 days.
7. Force Majeure
If the return process is delayed due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or strikes, the Seller cannot be held responsible and the Buyer will be informed.
8. Dispute Resolution
This policy is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Bakırköy) shall have jurisdiction. The buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board or the Consumer Court.
9. Changes in Policy
Any changes to this Cancellation and Refund Policy will take effect upon publication on the Site. It is the Buyer's responsibility to keep track of updates.
