Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Blakfy, we are committed to transparently managing cancellation and return processes for products or services you purchase through Blakfy.com (the "Site"). This Cancellation and Return Policy governs the Buyer's rights and the Seller's obligations. Please read this policy carefully.

2. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Policy: The buyer may cancel the order before it is shipped.
Cancellation Process: Cancellation request must be submitted to the Seller by email to info@blakfy.com or by phone at +90 505 979 61 34.
Return Period: Once the cancellation is confirmed, the paid amount will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days. The refund will be made in accordance with the payment method.
3. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right of withdrawal under the following conditions in accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation:
Duration: The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. In the case of a service, the right of withdrawal applies before the service is performed.
Notification: The right of withdrawal must be notified to the Seller in writing or by e-mail to info@blakfy.com.
Return Conditions:
The product must be unused, its packaging must be intact and complete.
The invoice, accessories and gifts (if any) sent with the product must be returned.
Return Period: The product must be sent to the Seller within 10 days from the notice of withdrawal.
Shipping Fee: For returns based on the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee is covered by the Seller (unless otherwise stated).
Refund: Once the returned product is received by the Seller, the paid amount will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days. Refunds will be made in accordance with the payment method.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
Products that deteriorate quickly or have expired,
Products prepared specifically for the individual,
Products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear),
Cancellation requests made after the service has started.
5. Return of Defective Products
Notification Period: If the product is defective, it must be reported to the Seller within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Options: The buyer may request one of the following rights for the defective product:
Return of the product and refund,
Change of the product,
Repair of the product.
Return Process: The defective product must be sent to the address specified by the Seller. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Seller.
Review Period: The product is reviewed and the request is finalized within 14 days after it reaches the Seller.
6. Return Procedure
Step 1: Please submit your cancellation, withdrawal or refund request in writing to info@blakfy.com.
Step 2: Receive return authorization and shipping instructions from the seller.
Step 3: Send the product, complete with invoice, to the specified address.
Step 4: Once the return is approved, your payment will be refunded within 14 days.
7. Force Majeure
If the return process is delayed due to force majeure such as natural disaster or strike, the Seller cannot be held responsible and the Buyer will be informed.
8. Dispute Resolution
This Policy is subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul (Bakırköy) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in disputes. The Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court.
9. Changes in Policy
Changes to this Cancellation and Return Policy will become effective upon publication on the Site. It is the Buyer's responsibility to monitor these updates.
