Distance Selling Agreement
This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Seller and the Buyer, as specified below, for the sale of goods or services through Blakfy.com (“Site”). The parties declare that they have read, understood and agree to this Agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the sale, delivery, right of withdrawal, and the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the goods or services purchased by the Buyer from the Seller through the Site, as specified below.

4. Preliminary Information
The buyer was informed of the following prior to the purchase:

Legal remedies available in case of a dispute.
This information has been provided to the Buyer in a clear and understandable manner in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
5. Delivery Conditions

6. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. If a service is purchased, the right of withdrawal can be exercised before the service begins.
Cancellation Notice: Notification must be given to the Seller via email at info@blakfy.com or in writing.
Return Conditions: The item must be unused, with its packaging intact and complete.
Return Period: Goods must be returned to the Seller within 10 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
Refund: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the payment method. Shipping costs are covered by the Seller (unless otherwise stated).
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
Perishable products,
Products prepared specifically for each individual,
Hygiene products whose packaging was opened after delivery.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is made via the Site [credit card, bank transfer, etc.]. Orders will not be processed without payment. The seller takes the necessary technical measures to ensure payment security.
8. Warranty and Returns
In the event of a defect in the goods, the Buyer may request a return, exchange, or repair by notifying the Seller within 30 days. Warranty terms may vary depending on the type of product.
9. Force Majeure
The Seller cannot be held liable if delivery or service is delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, war, or strikes. In such a case, the Buyer will be informed.
10. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Bakırköy) shall have jurisdiction.
11. Entry into Force of the Agreement
By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted this Agreement electronically. This Agreement enters into force upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
