7. Service Guarantee and Liability
Blakfy does not guarantee that services will be of a certain quality or will be uninterrupted.
Blakfy is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the services (except within legal limits).
Blakfy cannot be held responsible for problems caused by third-party services (e.g., payment providers).
8. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation or refund of services is subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy. The user is responsible for reviewing this policy.
9. Privacy
Personal data collected during the services are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The user accepts this policy.
10. Modification or Termination of Services
Blakfy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate its services at any time.
In the event of termination of services, amounts paid for paid services will be refunded proportionally (unless otherwise agreed).
11. Force Majeure
Blakfy cannot be held responsible for service disruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or strikes, and the User will be informed.
12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Bakırköy) shall have jurisdiction.
13. Amendments
Changes to these Terms of Service will take effect upon publication on the Site. It is the User's responsibility to keep track of updates.
