Preliminary Information Form
This Preliminary Information Form contains information provided by the Seller to consumers (“Buyer”) who will purchase goods or services through Blakfy.com (“Site”), in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. By reading this information, the Buyer acknowledges that they have been informed prior to the purchase.

5. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Cancellation Notice: Must be sent via email to info@blakfy.com or in writing.
Return Conditions: The item must be unused, with its packaging intact and complete.
Return Period: The goods must be returned to the Seller within 10 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
Refund: Will be processed within 14 days according to the payment method. Shipping costs are covered by the Seller (unless otherwise stated).
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
Perishable products,
Products prepared specifically for each individual,
Hygiene products whose packaging was opened after delivery.
6. Contract Duration and Performance Conditions
The contract enters into force upon confirmation of the order and terminates upon delivery of the goods or performance of the service.
If delivery or performance cannot be completed within the specified time, the Buyer will be informed and the contract may be terminated if necessary.
7. Warranty Conditions
In the event that the goods are defective, the Buyer may request a return, exchange, or repair by notifying the Seller within 30 days.
The warranty period applies according to the product type [e.g., 2 years] (to be specified if applicable).
8. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
The Istanbul (Bakırköy) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
The buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board or the Consumer Court.
9. Force Majeure
If delivery is delayed due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or strikes, the Seller cannot be held responsible and the Buyer will be informed.

By reading this Preliminary Information Form and confirming the order, the buyer agrees to the following:

You acknowledge that you understand the right of withdrawal and the terms of use.
