At Blakfy (Tarık Tunç), we place great importance on the protection of personal data. In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), as the data controller, this notice explains the purposes and methods by which we process your personal data, to whom we may transfer it, how we collect it, and your rights under the KVKK.

Personal Data Processed: Name, surname, email address, phone number, billing address, tax number or Turkish ID number, company name (if any), payment information, and any other information you provide to us upon request.

Processing Purposes: Your collected personal data is processed to issue and send invoices, verify your payment transactions, fulfill our legal obligations, respond to customer requests, provide after-sales support, maintain records and documents required by legal or commercial obligations, carry out accounting processes, and meet our obligations to official institutions. With your explicit consent, it may also be used to send you commercial electronic messages for campaigns, promotions, and informational purposes.

Collection Method and Legal Basis: Your personal data is collected electronically or in writing through methods such as forms on our website, email correspondence, phone calls, physical forms, in-person meetings, and similar means. In accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, it is processed on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract, the fulfillment of legal obligations, the legitimate interests of the data controller, and explicit consent.

Data Transfer: Your personal data may be shared with financial advisors, e-invoice and e-archive service providers, shipping and logistics companies, CRM software, cloud storage systems, the Wix infrastructure and its service providers, payment infrastructure providers, official authorities, and legally authorized institutions and organizations, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and for the purposes stated above.

Retention Period: Your personal data is stored for the period required by the relevant legislation, at least the 5 years specified in the Tax Procedure Law. At the end of this period, your personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the legislation. Data that has become unnecessary is destroyed periodically, at least once every 6 months.

Your Rights: Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is being used in line with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request its deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK; request that such actions be notified to the third parties to whom it has been transferred; object to any adverse outcome resulting from the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems; and request compensation if you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Publication Date: August 14, 2025. This notice is effective as of the date of publication and remains in force as long as our data processing activities continue. Blakfy reserves the right to update this notice in line with legal changes or updates to our data processing activities.
