At Blakfy (Tarık Tunç), we attach great importance to the protection of personal data. In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), as the data controller, we explain in this document the purposes and methods of processing your personal data, to whom we may transfer it, the methods we use to collect it, and your rights under the KVKK.

Personal Data Processed: Name, surname, email address, telephone number, billing address, tax number or Turkish ID number, company name (if any), payment information, and other information you provide to us upon request.

Processing Purposes: Your collected personal data is processed for the purposes of issuing and sending invoices, verifying your payment transactions, fulfilling our legal obligations, responding to customer requests, providing after-sales support, maintaining records and documents within the scope of legal or commercial requirements, conducting accounting processes, and fulfilling our obligations to official institutions. Additionally, with your explicit consent, it may be used to send you commercial electronic messages for campaign, promotion, and informational purposes.

Collection Method and Legal Basis: Your personal data is collected electronically or in writing through methods such as forms on our website, email correspondence, telephone calls, physical forms, face-to-face interviews, and similar methods. In accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), processing is based on the legal grounds of contract formation and performance, fulfillment of legal obligations, legitimate interests of the data controller, and explicit consent.

Data Transfer: Your personal data may be shared with financial advisors, e-invoice and e-archive service providers, cargo and logistics companies, CRM software, cloud storage systems, Wix infrastructure and service providers, payment infrastructure providers, official authorities and legally authorized institutions and organizations, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), for the purposes stated above.

Retention Period: Your personal data will be stored for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation, at least 5 years as specified in the Tax Procedure Law. At the end of this period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the legislation. Data that has become unnecessary will be destroyed periodically, at least every 6 months.

Your Rights: Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data); you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information regarding this processing if it is being processed, to learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK, to request notification to the third parties to whom it has been transferred, to object to a result that is detrimental to you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Application Method: To exercise these rights, you can apply by email to info@blakfy.com or in writing to the address mentioned above. Your applications will be processed free of charge within the timeframes stipulated in the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

Publication Date: August 14, 2025. This text is effective from the date of its publication and will remain in force as long as our data processing processes continue. Blakfy reserves the right to update this text in accordance with legal changes or updates to our data processing activities.
